KnK Labs

KnK LABS Health Warranty

Puppy is guaranteed to be a purebred, registered with the AKC, and that the
pedigree is correct, to the best of our knowledge. We guarantee a healthy
puppy for 5 days from date of purchase, or to the date of your first visit
to a licensed veterinarian, whichever comes first. This verification of
health must be done by a licensed veterinarian at your expense, including
lab tests of stool sample. The following warranty applies to the original
buyer only - it is not transferable.

Spaying/Neutering: Puppy cannot be spayed or neutered before he/she
is 6 months of age, otherwise all warranties will be voided. If any female
dog is bred before her first birthday, she is not guaranteed for any genetic
defect.

We guarantee our puppies to be free of PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy),
which affects the eyes, for up to 25 months of age. If you suspect your puppy
has PRA, it must be verified by a certified Canine Ophthalmologist with CERF
(Canine Eye Registration Foundation).

We guarantee all puppies to be free of hip and elbow dysplasia for up to 25
months of age. If your veterinarian suspects a dysplasia problem, the x-ray
showing this condition must be verified by the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for
Animals). This x-ray must be done before 25 months of age.

If any of these conditions are determined to be genetic/hereditary, KnK Labs
will replace the dog with a puppy of the same sex and color as soon as possible.
(If deposits have been made against that particular litter, the choice for the
puppy being replaced will fall in line behind the deposits made at that point)
(If you paid a discounted price for the first puppy, noted on receipt, you would
pay the difference for the second puppy). The first puppy would have to be
returned to KnK Labs with its AKC paperwork.

If any of these conditions are verified, and you want to keep your dog, KnK Labs
will refund the purchase price upon receiving a veterinarian's letter confirming
that the dog has been spayed or neutered. If you want to keep the dog, but DO NOT
spay or neuter the dog, then the guarantee will be void and no money will be
refunded.

These guarantees are dependent upon demonstration that the puppy has received
adequate care and nutrition. Anything that affects the development or well-being
of the puppy, such as abuse, neglect, trauma (i.e. jumping in the air for
Frisbees, going up and down apartment stairs, jumping out of vehicles), or being
used for breeding will void these guarantees.
